Purchases
- After completing a purchase, the customer will receive an order confirmation email, which serves as proof of purchase
- All products are made to order (print on demand), meaning production begins after payment confirmation
- Product images on the site are for illustrative purposes — slight variations in color, proportion, or detail may occur without affecting the final quality
Prices and Payments
- All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable legal rate
- We accept payments via MB Way, credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer
- Transactions are processed in a secure environment, in accordance with PCI-DSS standards
- We reserve the right to update prices and promotions at any time without prior notice
Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are shipped after payment confirmation, as described in the Shipping Policy
- Delivery times and costs vary depending on destination and chosen shipping method
- Quote Me Maybe is not responsible for delays caused by external circumstances, such as carrier delays, strikes, or customs holds
Returns and Refunds
- The customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014
- Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with original tags and packaging
- Customized, made-to-order, or personal-use products (e.g., underwear) are excluded from the right of return
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of errors or defective items
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method after receipt and inspection of the returned item
Intellectual Property
All content on the site — including texts, images, logos, graphic design, and slogans (e.g., "Quotes you’ll actually wear") — is the property of Quote Me Maybe or used with permission from the respective owners.
Reproduction, copying, or use without prior consent is strictly prohibited.
