At Quote Me Maybe, we deeply respect your right to privacy and are committed to protecting all your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679) and other applicable European legislation.
If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data, please follow the instructions below.
We guarantee that the process will be handled with transparency, security, and within the legally established timeframe.
Data Deletion Process
- The request must be sent via email to apoio@quotememaybe.pt.
- To validate the request, it will be necessary to provide information that allows us to confirm your identity, such as:
- Full name;
- Email address associated with the account or order;
- Order number (if applicable).
- All requests will be processed within a maximum period of 30 days, as provided in Article 12 of the GDPR.
Limitations to Data Deletion
In certain situations, we may temporarily retain some data for legal or administrative reasons, namely:
- Compliance with tax or accounting obligations;
- Exercise or defense of legal rights in potential disputes;
- Records necessary to ensure compliance with Portuguese and European commercial and tax legislation.
In these cases, the data will be blocked and kept only for the time strictly necessary to fulfill these obligations.
Confirmation of Deletion
After processing your request, Quote Me Maybe will send a confirmation email, indicating that your data has been permanently removed from our active systems.
The confirmation records of the request will be kept solely as proof of compliance with the GDPR.
International Application
This policy applies to all Quote Me Maybe customers, including residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
Regardless of residence, all customers benefit from the same level of protection and rights guaranteed by the GDPR.
