Returns and Refund Policy
At Quote Me Maybe, we value the satisfaction of our customers and fully comply with European consumer protection legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU).
We provide a period of 14 days for returns or refund requests, counted from the date of receipt of the order.
Note: All items purchased with a discount or in promotional campaigns are excluded from the refund policy.
This period applies to all customers in the European Union, and, by decision of Quote Me Maybe, also to customers in the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
Eligibility Conditions
- The product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, odors, stains, or damage.
- All tags, original packaging, and any gifts included in the shipment must be kept.
- The 14-day period starts counting from the date of receipt of the order by the customer.
Return and Refund Process
- To request a return, contact us via e-mail apoio@quotememaybe.pt indicating the order number.
- After receipt and verification of the returned item, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item presents a manufacturing defect or shipping error attributable to Quote Me Maybe.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Quote Me Maybe is not responsible for loss or damage during the return shipment.
Refund Period
- The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
- If the customer has communicated the intention to return, but has not yet sent the item, Quote Me Maybe may withhold the refund until the merchandise or proof of shipment is received.
Exclusions
The following products are excluded from the return and refund policy:
- Personal use items (e.g., underwear, bikinis, swimsuits, hygiene products);
- Customized items, created to order or specifically for the customer;
- Promotional or discounted products, as these campaigns aim to clear stock and are limited in time and quantity;
- For hygiene and safety reasons, these products cannot be exchanged or returned, even if unused.
