At Quote Me Maybe, we are committed to providing efficient, transparent, and reliable shipping services for all our customers — both in Portugal and abroad. All shipments are handled with the same care we put into each design.

Shipping Times

- Orders are processed and shipped after payment confirmation.

- The average processing time is 2 to 5 business days, which may vary depending on order volume.

- Delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected shipping method.

- You will always receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods

- Mainland Portugal: shipped via GLS.

- Islands (Azores and Madeira): shipped via CTT Expresso.

- International shipments: we work with reliable partner couriers (e.g., DPD, UPS, DHL) selected to ensure speed and safety.

Shipping Costs

- Mainland Portugal: flat rate of €4.80.

- Free shipping for orders over €60.

- For other countries, costs and delivery times vary — please check the FAQ section for up-to-date details.

Order Tracking

- After shipment, the customer will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code (when applicable).

- This code allows real-time tracking of the delivery via the courier’s website.

Delivery and Receipt

- Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the time indicated by the courier.

- If delivery is not possible due to recipient absence, reshipping fees may apply.

International Shipping

- European Union (e.g., Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg): no additional customs fees.

- Outside the EU (United Kingdom and Switzerland): import taxes, local VAT, or customs duties may apply, which are the customer’s responsibility.

- Quote Me Maybe has no control over these additional costs, which vary by country.

Delays and Shipping Issues

- We commit to meeting estimated delivery times but are not responsible for delays caused by:

              - External factors (weather conditions, strikes, customs control)

              - Incorrect delivery information

              - Local transportation restrictions

- In case of loss, we work directly with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
